Addendum
Expediting
72 hours+ advance notice is highly preferred though I'm occasionally able to meet with shorter notice. If you’d like to meet within 18 hours, an additional $200 fee is required.
Extension
Please be sure to book the date duration that is most fitting for your desires. If you would like to extend in the midst of our encounter, please kindly provide an additional $800 per hour.
Location
The above investments are inclusive of a New York City hotel incall in Manhattan or Brooklyn. In instances where nightly hotel rates are surging beyond the average, I may ask for an additional fee to go towards booking a room.
Outcall to Manhattan or Brooklyn is included. North New Jersey, Long Island, Westchester, and southern Connecticut encounters incur an additional $400 fee. This $400 travel fee for NNJ, LI, Westchester, and southern CT is waived when you reserve a 5 hour or longer encounter. Visiting you at a private residence is at my discretion and I'll only do so during the day.
Policies
Deposits
In order for me to set aside time to see you and put forth energy preparing myself for our encounter, I require a partial deposit. The deposit percentage varies based on if we're meeting at my place or yours, the length of our encounter, or the screening method you choose.
Deposits can either be sent via money transfer apps or as certain gift cards (mainly Uber or Hotels.com). At my discretion, I may also accept deposits in cash. All deposits are non-refundable except if I cancel.
I require a 10% or greater deposit for outcall. For incall, I require a 30% or greater deposit. If we're meeting for three or more hours, I require a 30% or greater deposit.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, I am willing to apply the deposit to a rescheduled encounter that occurs no later than 21 days after the original date. You are allowed one reschedule. This one time to transfer the deposit and apply it to a new date only applies if you notify me 72 hours or more before our original date.
If you cancel within 72 hours, I require 30% of my rate. If you cancel within 36 hours, I require 50% of my rate. My full rate is required if you cancel within less than 24 hours.
I understand that certain circumstances are out of our control and life happens. Still, when cancelling or rescheduling, notify me ASAP.
