Lena’s Lust Notes
Bienvenue! It's my hope that the insights I share in my blog can facilitate us connecting more deeply. You can expect to learn about my interests and passions.
Though I'm touring infrequently, I'll also share my travel plans here. Additionally, I can more thoroughly examine kink and BDSM themes that are at the forefront of my mind.
Be on the lookout for kinky curiosities and questions interspersed with occasional fantasies..
Carving Out Space for Aftercare
Our playdate duration, whether you host me or come to mine, and various other factors can determine what aftercare looks like. Even if you are dominant or topping in a BDSM dynamic, it's helpful to remember to tend to your emotional needs after a kinky session.
Domination and submission are to a great extent about physicality and tangible senses. Take fisting for example. You don nitrile gloves and lube up your hands. First your fingers, then your knuckles slowly slip in until you're awestruck at the sight of being wrist deep in me. You slide in and out. In turn, you're met with me firmly clenching and utterly mesmerized. You find my G-spot and I start squirting profusely, ultimately drenching you.
With wax play, you're gratified to see me wince in anticipation of the sweet pain from the candle wax dripping on my bare breasts. You torment me as you feign attempts at pouring out the wax. When you finally do, I let out a moan. You reflect on the contrast of the vividly colored candle wax against my skin as it drips down to my huge hard nipples. You feel powerful and at the same time honored that I've bestowed you with such a tremendous amount of trust.
Yes, BDSM play is about a feast for your eyes and all that you can hear, touch, taste, and smell. There is also an exchange of energy. We co-create a space of heightened sensuality where the interplay of power and the allure of taking command or giving up control impacts us deeply. The ecstatic emotions that are elicited while in the midst of such a delicate dance can feel all consuming. What arises when the intensified excitement subdues after a kinky session?
The analogy of the rollercoaster is relevant. Just as you go up, you must come back down. Sometimes complex thoughts can emerge while in the liminal space between high-spirited carnal exploration and returning to one's daily affairs beyond the boudoir. If you've embodied the role of a dominant, it's helpful for you to be aware of potential changes in mood you might experience.
I've touched on why I require a two hour or longer reservation as a prerequisite for fulfilling your fantasies as your kinky girlfriend. There are various instances, such as impact play and rope bondage, where ample moments to adequately warm up or ease into our experiences is of the utmost importance. From my perspective as a submissive, I can prioritize the ways in which I expect my safety to be regarded. For you, when you're dominating me, you can be assured that we're cultivating trust so we can communicate clearly about our desires and our limits.
Even if it is the case that you're giving rather than receiving impact, pain, or watersports, I suggest you tune in to your emotions, and think about what's coming up for you and what you might want or need to feel nurtured as a date winds down. Just as we pay attention to our preparations for our kinky play early on in our encounter, it is also important that we take aftercare into consideration.
Our playdate duration, whether you host me or come to mine, and various other factors can determine what aftercare looks like. During an extended encounter, we might have dessert (our BDSM playtime!) before we go out to get dinner. Dining after instead of before playing is an option that is up to you. Doing so allows us a leisurely segue before we part ways and transition back to the reality of the vanilla realm. As an alternative to us going out to a restaurant, we can order a nourishing meal to be delivered. When we dine en suite in my hotel room, would you prefer I change back into my dress, or wear a cozy robe? ;)
For a three or two hour tryst, aftercare can look like cuddles and soft kisses in bed. With your permission, I may lightly massage you from head to toe. A warm steamy sensual shower might be in order. And even seemingly small things like remembering to hydrate, and drinking water, herbal tea, or a natural beverage with electrolytes are simple acts that can be replenishing.
Metropolitan Museum Date
Since you value being a lifelong learner and seizing opportunities to deepen your historical and cultural influences, here's an exhibition you may find to be thought-provoking..
February 2025 has been fascinating and eventful. Despite attempted erasure, February is still Black History Month. I've always been an avid appreciator of history. When I was younger, I'd read ancient Roman, Greek, and Egyptian mythology at length. In history class, I'd intently listen to lessons, especially those about Precolonial Africa or the Early Americas. As often as I can carve out time to wander the halls of museums, I make sure to make the most of every revelatory moment to celebrate the vastness and diversity of human history. Because of my unwavering understanding of the ways in which the past is interconnected with and informs the present, I hold institutions dedicated to archiving and preserving history in high esteem.
Since you also value being a lifelong learner and seizing opportunities to deepen your historical and cultural influences, here's an exhibition you may find to be thought-provoking. Flight into Egypt: Black Artists and Ancient Egypt, 1876-Now is on view at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. On an ongoing basis, tens of thousands of objects from Ancient Egypt can be seen in various galleries at The Met. What intrigues me about Flight Into Egypt is the interpretive lens through which Ancient Egyptian iconography is viewed. Rather than showcasing ancient artifacts, more modern works by Black artists from the late nineteenth century through today are the focus. From the album covers of musicians such as Miles Davis, Erykah Badu, and Alice Coltrane, to paintings by Sam Gilliam and Jean-Michel Basquiat, Flight Into Egypt is an immersive multimedia experience.
If you get a chance to go, please share your insights with me the next time we convene. Better yet, perhaps we can plan a date to meet at The Met. My penchant for history and art makes me a studious companion to have on your arm as we peruse the exhibition. We can take a reflective walk through the museum, sharing what sparks of imagination emerge for us. After an artistically enriching experience, we can take a jaunt to one of Upper East Side's delectable restaurants. There are also many marvelous piano and jazz bars in Manhattan where we can be serenaded by a songstress before turning in for our sultry nightcap.
Be Mine: Flirty February Date Ideas
Are you a horror buff who wants to check out independent films? Or do you want to see a scintillating burlesque show starring some of New York City's premier performers? Consider adding these curated cultural events to your calendar. These date ideas would be great for our Out on the Town encounter.
Being in New York affords me ample opportunities to partake in enriching cultural experiences. From an off the beaten path volunteer-run film theater in Williamsburg to a world-renowned venue in NoHo, one can seamlessly traverse through different scenes. For February, I've put together a thoughtfully selected list of art and nightlife events.
Anti-Valentine's Series at Spectacle
Williamsburg's underground microcinema Spectacle Theater is screening rare and avant-garde films about lust, sadomasochism, betrayal, and the plethora of predicaments people wind up in when their pursuit for love turns tragic. The murderous French thriller Criminal Lovers is a modern nod to lost in the forest while being chased by a scary woodsman fairytales of yore. Criminal Lovers is a cult classic which was an official selection at the Venice Film Festival and the Toronto International Film Festival when it was released in 1999.
David Lynch's Legacy
David Lynch left an indelible mark on American cinema. A few New York City arthouse and independent theaters are commemorating Lynch with screenings of his mind-bending surrealist films. MULHOLLAND DR. is a movie one must see again and again and again. This "love story in the city of dreams" is what made me aware of David Lynch's mastery. Each rewatching leaves me in awe. Luckily, IFC Center has added additional screenings to their previously sold out dates.
Black Burlesque
Valentine's Day presents an abundance of moments to enjoy erotic experiences. With February also being Black History Month, many curators of nightlife events make sure to foreground Black burlesque artists and erotic workers. There are a few Black-centered burlesque performances I'm considering attending. Out of the exciting array of options, one I highly recommend due to how phenomenal it was last year is Venus Cuff's Valentine's Day event at Joe's Pub. This year's event, "My BDSM Valentine" which is on February 8th, promises to be a night filled with "burlesque, fetish performances, striptease, and so much more."
Erotic Dance Party
Picture a night out where there's a perfect melding of a dance party and a kink party. Champagne is flowing, delectable treats whet your appetite, and you're teased and titillated by the sight of rope bunnies bound at a Shibari station, caged beauties, and fierce Femdoms. You can hit the dance floor to show off your moves, and if you're really an exhibitionist, you can show off your finest fetishwear and perhaps play out some of your wildest fantasies. More than just being warmly welcomed, risqué attire like lace or leather is a requirement for entry. And almost anything (besides penetrative acts) goes..
I'll keep the details a secret for now. Though I may divulge more about this or similar soirees in a future newsletter. Be sure to sign up below so you can stay in the know. Can't wait to find out later? Come with me so we can see for ourselves and be inspired! As I get ready to meet you, adorn myself in luxurious lace lingerie, put on a pair of sleek four inch stilettos, and conceal my devilish outfit under a coat, I'll be salivating at the thought off all the scandalous things we'll see and do...
